My dog the father has been missing for 2.5 weeks, 2 weeks ago when i checked he was not in the pound and not found dead. I was gonna go today to check up on the dead or deceased list but a very vivid dream stopped me. I dreamed that i found him like he came home. I started crying and holding him, after he licked i woke up. The dream was so emotional that i tried my best to go back to sleep. Just so i can spend more time with him but i cant. I woke up crying which was even more trippy. Im scared to break down and cry infront of everyone if i found him on the deceased list :/

That's reality of it all bro. I've seen people cry that I never saw cry in the 20 years I knew them. It's a reality and will happen to everyone at some point. It shows you're human. If you didn't cry because of such an event, people would think you are a cold, indifferent human being. I found my cat dead in the front yard a couple years ago. My girlfriend's mom happened to be with me at the time, just by chance. She said "is that your cat?" I looked over, and unfortunately that was "my boy." I broke down immediately. She NEVER saw that side of me. As far as she knew, I was just her daughter's boyfriend who drank beer and had a shitty job. It wasn't until then, she realized who I was.........My landlord gave him to me when was small enough to actually sleep inside my shoe. He was a unique cat, I will say. Everyday at 4:30 for two years straight he would sit and wait for me on this big rock in front of our house. As soon as my car rolled up, he'd stand up and then fall over, rolling around until I pet him. I still miss him. Point is man, you can't let sadness prevent you from knowing the truth. We all face it, and we all overcome it.

Mom and dad dogs left 4 pups, the thing is 2 of them looks and acts like thier parents the mom (RIp) and another one look like the dad (MIA). Its crazy and it makes forgetting alot harder. I wanna house train them so i can sleep with them but like thier parents they keep pissin and shitting everywere.

Thier parents didnt have the best life, thier true owners my brothers neglected them dearly, for that reason i acted like thier owners, fed tgem make sure they never go hungry and became emotionally attatched. As a result of lack of physical interactions mom and dad became vicious. Now that we have less dogs i spend alot more time with the pups. They grown to be super friendly with everyone. And seem to forgot about thier mom and dad. They are playing and active since given the new freedom of being able to roam around us vs being in the built dog fence. I loved the mom so much that one time when she had baby, a friend came in the room near her and she tried to attack him. I use my arm to block her from striking my friend. She bite me and seen my pain than suddenly stopped. When i paused and show her the bite mark she just sits thier depressed and crys. I have never hit her no matter how bad she messes up. I still have the scar from her, its a good reminder on how emotional my dog got after biting me.
