Doesn't put out enough uva/uvb or whatever to give you a tan. They say MH has more in it but you'd be better off going to the pet store and buying some uvb bulbs (the kind used for reptiles) if you wanna tan. I don't recommend using these to tan though because uvb is harmful. Though reptile bulbs would be good to increase trichome production. Just a thought.

if u put yourself in a 12/12 photo period and drink 1 gallon of milk in the light cycle and sleep in the dark cycle. u will get taller.
usally with humans one leg gets taller than the other. to even your grouth out add co2. hope this helps.

used in conjunction with the Miracle grow spikes I think you will will get taller.If you get too tall you can just rub on some shortening cream.

none of you guys have ever gotten a farmers tan from being in the room too long??? Ive helped out in my buddies room where we spent the whole night operating on the girls, now ive learned to take my shirt off...some of you guys may not agree, but seeing is believing...and keep in mind he has like 6 or 8 1000watters

Make sure you get some molasses in there too. gotta load up on carbs. Also some low stress training such as tae bo could help too. good luck.
