There's not one within 100 miles of me, according to yellowpages.com. My goal in this thread was simple. Small time growers don't want to spend an arm and a leg. People running CFL grows and single or double plant closet grows are probably better off using time release soil, as long as they know what they are doing. I've done my last 5 grows with MG products alone since I moved, and learned a lot from it. It's actually possible to do an entire grow with MG Organic or any other MG product without supplemental nutes. Granted you are gonna have a smaller yield but it's possible. I did an auto-northern lights grow like that and it did quite well actually, was the most successful of the 5 plants I grew.

I feel like everytime I open my mouth someone wants to chop my head off, I say some dude fucked around with my outdoor grow they are like fuck him til they find out I had males then they are like, no wait, fuck you. I say I don't flush in soil since it makes sense in hydro but I really don't see the point in stressing the plant by flushing and I get told fuck you, I say MG anywhere and people say fuck you....I figure I've hit the synergy with everything done wrong so well it cancels each other out.

*thats life buddy, no worries tho.. we good :) ..but yea.. im really diggin MG right now.. cheap ass hell! and the shit works~ lol... better than i thought.. sorry for hating on you for all those yrs MG, i <3 you now... hahah

It's why I wrote the guide, I think that obviously there are easier ways to grow, but saves on costs and all it takes is knowing WHAT to do. Tried to throw you some rep but I'm over my limit for the day. Thanks for the support brotha.

Hey Cranker - Im currently using the mg soil mix as well, good advice about stomping the little fert balls up, never even crossed my mind, anyways was just wondering whet your thoughts were on the issue of mg being poisen?
reason I ask is because so many growers here just tear up mg users and I have tried there total organic 6 part soil mixes many times, and yet I find the mg mix works the best / im also using extra bat shit high phos / And realy like the Earths Choice Grow & Bloom enhancers...

And when I started this on my own anyway I did it to save money, I tell you what if you start listenning to what every hydro shop says then man you are a few hundred dollars into a grow quick, my mom told me that mg was what they always used and that it was not chemical poisen, but I do know that the mg method is a whole lot affordable than buying many pro mixes and add in nutes plus perl plus calcium, shoot not me anymore, MG all the way

Here's my theory, so many people started out using MG, burned their first seedling, and it started a whole hate campaign. Hydro people will tell you anything they can to sell you something that costs 6 times more. Humbodlt soil that they sell there have been called out for using carcinogens in their soil. MG's also developing a marijuana growing soil, because of the mmj growth.

So as good of an article as this is, I'm gonna have to throw some hate for doing it about 2 weeks too late. I planted my first clones into MG seedling starter mixed with plain topsoil and perlite. My plants didn't like it. They got nutrient burn, then I believe they went into lockout from the ph of my water(totally my fault) because they showed tons of deficiencies. Now, 4 days after I put them into FFOF, started treating my tap water, and haven't fed them since, they're doing great.

Hopefully this helps someone else from making the mistakes I did.
