how to calibrate my ph meter

so it says to get some solution thats 7.0 and calibrate it to 7.0..i dont have some solution..there has to be some other way...ideas?

I'm sorry to bring you bad news, but calibrating your pH meter usually requires a two-point calibration. Usually you use a 7.01 and a 4.01. The machine locks onto 4 and then 7 and THEN knows how to read the pH.

Don't fuck yourself by using something else.
Don't let the probe dry out ever.

They already made it easier on you than OMEGA did for me and my $399 meters..

You could use any liquid at all that has the same pH as the recommended solution.
The trick is finding a liquid with a known pH.
The way to do it is to buy calibration solution.
If this is just a hobby or something, it doesn't matter. Otherwise, buying a bottle of calibration juice is the right business decision.
