Thanks for the kind words!! That first plant is a tangerine dream at almost 4 weeks of flowering.... almost a third of the way!! stop by anytime!! and have some rep!

If you get a clone today of that TD, and make sure you take good care of it, I'll start crunching numbers and come up with a plan for her long flower time.
I'll help you get through it, the smoke is going to be worth it in the end.

Actually I found the solution, just reserve a corner of your flowerbox, to always be a TD.
That way the 12 week flower time won't disturb your space limits.

I hear ya man, i really like the early stages of flowering also!! and alright man, I'll try the TD... I'll find a way to fit one more plant in there and then it won't disturb the rest of the plants. I just got two more lights today so i will have enough light to squeeze one more in... I'm really pushing it though!!! I have this much time invested into this breed, i want something out of it!!!

I have some lost space in one of the corners from the intake pipes. I'll rearrange some things and maybe modify the setup to accommodate one more container. it might need to be a custom container but that would be ok to dedicate it to the TD's.

I am very jelous of that stuff!!! looks like a big time saver!!! I need to mix up some soil tomorrow and transplant one of my veg girls into an air-crate. $36 is about average around here for a good quality bag of soil. I try to keep it under 10 a bag.... but if i don't need to buy anyting else it would be worth it. I get raped on the perlite around here!!!

I got my new UFO panels in the mail today!!!! the glass is in them. one is broken though, only half the panel lights up and the fan makes noise. I'll give mike a call tomorrow and leave a message. I'm still gonna install the one tomorrow. i figure one is better than none!!

You could always grow it at the pipe area, and have the plant bend around the pipe.
Unless it interferes with the flowerpot area.

hahaha i knew you would be happy about that! the pipes are low on the container side but i didn't even add the second one yet so i will strategically place that one... maybe i could modify a milk crate to fit just in that spot. i was planning on a 5 or 6 hour garden day tomorrow, so i will have plenty of time to figure it out!!

I did some more work on the cabinet today, i installed a second intake tube to allow more fresh air in. I also repositioned all the plants and what do ya know, i now have room for one more... well two more if i mount my fan on the wall!!!

The big news is I got my new lights in the mail!!!! one was damaged but after another very pleasant phone call with the owner of GLH it will be replaced right away. now that is customer care!!!!!!!!!!!! top notch support!!! answered my call right away and solved my issue in five minutes. then we continues to talk some more where he once again taught me even more about these lights and how they differ.

here are some photos of what i did and the new lights. they are more orange looking now... really cool!!!

If so, were the leaves rediculously large compared to other Afghanica dominant phenos?

Sorry, no chop down tonight. it might be a few weeks till i can cut one down. they seem to have lost a bunch of time when they were sick. I just gave them all a nice light feeding of Jack's 20-20-20. I am going to move that fan so i can fit one more plant in. not sure which one will go in yet. this first pic is of the overstuffed veg box. the two family shots are interesting. one is taken with the flash and one without these GLH lights are now so bright it over takes the flash of the camera!!! and the rest are random bud porn!! STAY FROSTY!!!!

Thanks HC!!! I just put a C4 x CB into flower today ( my first one to flower). I hope it's a female!!! lights out is at 6am!! i really hope my power outage didn't screw things up.. time will tell!

tonight I'm gonna watch AA, it looks like a good one.... kinda lost intrest in wilfred.

Would be less of a routine and more of an endless garden.

yea, the new UFO's are the 2011 2nd generation series. and the 180's are 2011 1st generation series. so the new ones have the orange diodes. Mike told me if he liked my thread and it was getting popularity that he would trade out the two new UFO's for the even newer ones that he doesn't have yet with the glass out and his clever new way of getting the spectrum's mixed better. I didn't ask him when he was getting them in, i was just humbled at the fact that he sounded interested in my thread. He asked me to send him a link and he said he would get a replacement ufo out to me right away. That is the awesome GLH service all the others talk about!!!

ya i told him about you and ur grow. i will also be getting the new lights and i am pretty stoked about these ones, the glass out is the for sure way to go, i always took my glass out and love what it did, but these ones are gonna have nice blend and should be a good and friendly light that can be hung closer. i am pretty stoked about these ones.

I have not seen any negative signs at all at this height so I'm gonna lower them a tiny bit at a time till i am comfortable with them. I am very happy with the UFO's at first sight, they will be a great fit for me!!!

ya ive been wanting to see those UFO's.. what i do bro is lower then very very little each day not even a inch, let the plants adapt to things. mine are 36" right now and i dont see any need to lower them more plants are growing happy so F it.lol

I just put a plant into flowering today, and she is at 38" away. and i put her right under the new UFO to!!

The closest plant is at 24" inches away right now. I went with your advice, I'm starting them far away and letting them choose how much light they need. keeping in mind I have five different strains in flowering right now. they all want something different so it's tough for me to keep an even canopy.
