Heat stress, not light burn but it's either too hot under your lights or your room is too hot

what light/lights do you have and how close to the plants are thay,what is the temp of your grow tent? ;-)

climate... but i don't do hydro so you might wanna get a hydro growers opinion. But one of my buddies in soil just had the same problem. within 2 days of getting the heat down the plants looked normal again and were fine

it was around 28- 30 degrees Celsius for some reason.
so i got my door open a little..
the lights i am using are cfls and they were pretty close to them about an inch!!
i slightly dropped em!

do you think its time to start nute!! and how much is appropriate feed amount

I have seen plants do this with a medium heat but really low humidity also. Still refer to it as heat stress though. I think of it as the plant starting to roll up for protection. Thos do not look bad at all though. Do not just crack the door open. Get some good air flow into that room and put a fan blowing on your plants.
