Go to the attitude website order 10 reg seeds for like 20$...I ordered 10 nirvana wonder women for 25$....and it's 15$ shipping so there's your 40$...and if you wanna like send to your house without your parents knowing there's an option that u can make it look like it's a t-shirt with it so you can be like oh dad I ordered a t-shirt all the kids are buying em at school haha idk. Why the fuck would someone break in and rip up immature plants and leave wallets,etc behind? Are you high on stupid or something? If someone was casing you out they'd rob you when it's time to harvest or just after it...not when the plants are completly useless/worthless.
I'd bet your Dad wasn't too impressed with your growing to be honest.
My advice would be if you wanna do grown up things like grow MJ plants,then get your own place and become an adult first. Jesus you can't even afford seeds most of which are pretty fucking cheap in fairness. (€25 for 5 fems or 10 regs)
