is foil paper a problem?

im new to the growing world so b4 i get my plants, i need to know if i cover the inside of my grow box with foil paper will that cause any harm to my plants?:confused:

pls help it would be most appreciated thank you have great day:weed:

the problem with foil is it creates hot spots and can burn your plant just go to wal-mart or dick's sporting goods and buy an emergency blanket for3-4 bucks and 1 is a nice size too
...i think dicks has better quality i bought mine for $3.99
