is foil paper a problem?

im new to the growing world so b4 i get my plants, i need to know if i cover the inside of my grow box with foil paper will that cause any harm to my plants?

the problem with foil is it creates hot spots and can burn your plant just go to wal-mart or dick's sporting goods and buy an emergency blanket for3-4 bucks and 1 is a nice size too
...i think dicks has better quality i bought mine for $3.99
