I thought Romney won the Debate. He took on Perry and didn't come across as an Obama hater to independents and democrats. The guy that does beat Obama can't be an Obama hater first. It just won't work. Ask John Kerry.

I think Perry is going to have a hard time getting over his Ponzi Scheme comment as the election continues.

Bachmann is done. She'll now be looking for as much face time as possible before she takes the Palin Exit to the Cash Machine out of politics.

Huntsman can't buy a vote. He sounded the most sane of all the candidates and got one small applause.

I thought Santorum did a great job but still can't stand him.

Cain is one crazy mother fucker. I kind of like that. At one point I thought he said "Pants on the Ground!"

I think I saw Newt up there. Not sure why.

At one point Romney was going after Perry about more jobs being created by the previous 2 Govs of Texas and Perry says,

"That's not true." Romney replied, "Yes it is".

At this point Romney needed to follow "Yes it is" with "You can Google it." Then look to the far right and say, "Sorry about that Rick."

I would have brought the fucking house down.

i said huntsman because if he had as much face time as the others he would have massively boosted his appeal.

romney i think was the de facto winner, in that he got in some great swiped on perry which perry couldn't quite equal.

perry handled himself decent, but not great. that people applauded the question about the death penalty struck me as quite crass, and i wanted to smack brian williams for not specifically questioning him about executing an innocent. would have been great to talk about science right on the heels of huntsman.

bachmann may or may not have been there, same as ron paul.

newt was sharp and spot on but he wasn't debating, just there to sell books.

i'm glad no one tripped and fell on the frothy mixture.

cain did nothing to really help himself.
