That is correct. There are many doctors who hand out 60 and 99 plant recommendations. If you have one of these, it doesn't matter what your local limit is. And this is a California supreme court ruling, meaning it's the law of the land. It's not some iffy shit, once the supreme court rules, it's law and it's extremely unlikely to be overturned. They usually won't hear the same case twice.Oh I see, so the plant limit isnt universal, meaning its not that anybody with a medical card can grow however many plants they want, it all depends on how many plants your doctor has signed and allowed you to grow...
Yep. It's complicated. There are limits, but with the right doctor, those limits can be invalidated. Also there are county and city limits on plant amount as well as amount of bud you can legally posses. The state limits are minimum limits, not maximum limits. That means cities and counties can pass laws to allow more than those limits, but not less. Depending on where you live, you might be allowed to grow and posses more than those state limits right now.I was looking at it like: in cali you can flower 6, now there is no limit for patients and they can grow as much as they want. Thanks for the clarification.
If you haven't looked into that, you should. Here is an overview. Look for your city and county on the list, maybe your limits are higher than you think they are!
