Question about Catepillars?

first of all, i hate these fuckers...every morning i keep finding catepillars. The overall health of my plant is great but i can't seem to rid my plant of these leaf eaters. The only way i can keep them off is by hand picking and that is getting very old...tired of inspecting my plant for this shit but will do what i have to till its time to harvest.

In need of some education about how catepillars get on plants. Do moths/butterflies lay the larvae on the plant?

Does anyone think a mosquito net would help? Where in the hell do catepillars come from?

they come from moths that swoop in at night.

Around here, the caterpillers are the babies of the white moths you see flying around your garden.

Whenever you see a white moth in your garden .... kill it

this safer catepillar killer contains BT and the instructions say it should be applied late afternoon or on a cloud day (BT breaksdown in sunlight). How would you recommend to apply this if i'm in my 5th/6th week of flowering. i don't want mold or other additives on the flowers. know what i mean or should i not worry about that?

it's a liquid. you mix a small amount with as gallon of water and spray as a fine mist over your plants. it only kills caterpillars. light coats over several days is much better then a heavy drenching with it. i have damaged my plants using it to heavily on a sunny day. sparay in the early am or late evening.

the moths land on the top colas and lay a tiny egg. the egg hatches and the caterpillar immediately burrows into the bud. you have to get them right away or they get hidden beyond reach.

You can also use a mixture of hot pepper and garlic powder mixed with water if you wanna go organic. I wouldn't do it too close to harvest though.

just orders some of these for overnight delivery ($23). The eggs come on a 1 sq in paper and hatch in 3 - 5 days. 1 square should be good enough but i might do 2 over the next two weeks. I'm going to also get a mosquito net to keep the moths from coming back.

the lady i ordered them through said that the moths lay larvae and catepillars lay larvae too. i hope these wasp eat all these fuckers. They can't eat the catepillars but they eat the eggs/larvae. The wasps are really small about 1/50 inch!!
