why is my plants showing flowers???

Hi guys, I bought some female seeds and planted them 38 days ago. I have had the lights on 18/6 since planting the seeds.
Now I have noticed one of my plants started showing the female pistils and now every node has little pistils showing!

What's going on? Should I change my lights to 12/12? Do plants sometime show their sex prior to the flowering season?

Please help, I'm worried.

Thoose are called preflowers. If you get good at recognizing them early on you can sex your regular plants!

You say flowering season, you are indoors so you control the season...How long have you been vegging and how tall are they?

yea usually after or around the 4th or 5th week of flowering they will start showing this...

Hi, yeah I used the word season, but I meant controlled season, or in this case, vegging. Thanks for the concern though.

You can change the lights to 12/12 now or wait depending on how much space you have to grow in....
