How is my grow going?

Hey all,

i am intrested to know what you guys think of how my grow is going ( this is my first grow )
this is my northen lights autoflower,
it is about 16 days old now.
is it looking good for its age?
does it seem healthy?

well honestly i dont know, lol.

i found a S.A.D light (Seasonal Affective Disorder)

and my mates said it gives out the right light the plant needs.

so i have just been using that, it seems to be growing with it so i have just let it do its thing :)


 
it gives off abit of heat, but how would i judge the distance?

i have it about 4 inches away at the moment,

would i see better growth if it was closer to the top of the plant?

Put your hand by the bulb to judge the distance, remembering the plant will grow toward it.
Yes growth will be better if the light is closer but not too close.
 
yeah i hear if u put ur hand near the light and the plant if it feels uncomfertable after 2-4mins it will be too much for the plant but if ur useing cfl they can be like 2inch away and wont burn them just make sure to adjust ur light as needed. i am useing 1000w hps myself and it burn my plant in the late veg state but i recovered and learned a valuable leason on how fast the plant can grow in 1 day.. but it looks good so far.. like the rest said i would also get a better light if ur going cheap just get more cfls i hear for a small grow they work fine... also id recomend not watering so much it looks a little over watered(mite be just me) this is my first grow too and im in week 5 floweringSANY0082.jpg
