the one in the second link is crap. 1w diodes, overpriced. I use Hydroponics Hut's Pro-Grow line. It has served me well. Check the journal in my sig if you care to see what I've done with it. If you didn't already know leds cannot be driven to the full wattage capacity of individual diodes, this would cause the light to burn out super quick. Step down transformers are employed. A typical light advertised as using 3w diodes actually only produces 2.1w per diode. This ensures a long life. So the 120w light you have in that link is more like a 84w light. There is also no mention of the type of diodes used (Cree, Epistar, Bridgelux, Xenlux, .. ect.) this leads me to believe they're using automotive grade leds which are shit for growing. Hope this helps.
