Homemade Under Current

If you're looking for a nice hybrid, I would def take a look at DNA's Cannadential and/or ReCon. I've tried, and loved, both of them. My buddy who's growing the Cannadential right now had no problems getting his from The Attitude, which is where I've been getting most of my seeds from, too.
Checked both of those out, they are exactly what I'm looking for. Cannalope Haze and LA Confidential by themselves look good too. My next grow will probably be a single scrog, with a few clones taken for mother plants, then back to the UC. I have a homemade bucket cloner too, just haven't tried it yet. Will be very soon though. Thanks for the info, always appreciated.

Mine is portable, hooks to my faucet, and has a deionizing filter. Cost me $60. Never thought about a well and recycling the waste. I have a well on my property, but use tap right now. I'm gonna start sending my waste down the well, no sense in wasting it down the drain.

Found these online, useful for EC to PPM conversion etc...I use an HM TDS 3 meter, the cheaper one. Had serious issues in the beginning of this grow with getting accurate measurements with this pen. The problem turned out to be me. So with that being said, several weeks ago my head fell out of my ass and I finally set some ground rules for my testing.

I never test IN the reservoir.
I draw the same amount out into a test cup every time.
I let the meter set in the test solution through the whole test cycle till it beeps, wait a minute or so, and release the hold, if it doesn't move, I have my number.
I use Nova nutes, so rinsing in hot water is a must, and a once a month 30 min soak in bleach/water cleans the probes.
As long as I follow these rules like OCD, I get really accurate measurements and my plants flourish.
The key i guess is time when it comes to PPM testing...give it time.

I also keep a log book. Helps a lot to see the trends on paper.

Recently broke my Hanna TDS meter when submerging too deeply in my test cup. Lame. Picked up on a Blue Lab Truncheon after hearing great things. Seems great so far.

Yeah, I've spent alot of money here recently, GH got most of it. I'm planning on buying a truncheon soon, but I got my wife to convince. Sure everyone knows how that goes. I'll just use this as experience, be better for it in the end.

I wanted a way to check the ppm anytime, even after lights out. It's mounted in the black T with O rings in the below pic, works pretty good.
I love your system, seriously. I'm a huge fan of undercurrent grows. Pretty sure that my next grow for yield (my next actual grow will be more about finding a great clone mother,) will be in an undercurrent system.

I'm gonna try and combine the under current style, 2 pots instead of 4, and scrog in my 2X4 tent next grow. You and Mr2shim are to thank for that. I know Scottyballs is the man, but you guys are sooo pushing me in that direction. Mr2shim has an awesome looking grow going that looks to be a high yielder, and here you come right behind him. Props to you guys.
