the ambient temp in my airing cuboard is 21 degrees so do you think im having trouble with temps due to it being in my airing cuboard where my boiler is?

it's 21*c when lights are off ? if so this is good considering there is a boiler in there also...

The fan you bought will work, but you can't use it with a carbon filter, and using any ducting with it would greatly reduce air flow...You have sheeting lining the cupboard, and then a door, right? I dunno, sides, back, front, it doesn't matter where you cut the holes for intake as long as they're cut towards the BOTTOM of the cupboard. Do you have any pics or can you post some, that would help.
