It's kinda like what we do now. get what you need (or think you need) and keep your mouth shut about it. LAWS can be had for next to nothing. R series are readily available too, if you know where to look.

First of all, the afghani people fighting the afghani gov is a bit different man, we're talking the american military. You have no chance in hell of ever stoping them if they want to do something. Get real. Also, people leading the afghani people were trained and armed by the CIA and our military branches. Thats a bit different than an overweight redneck with a copy of "guns and ammo" and "ignorance monthly"
Have you been to Afghanistan? I have, they aren't fighting their own government over there, they are fighting the US Military and have been for 10 years now. The soviets tried for 8 years to take over Afghanistan also, they failed, in fact every foreign power that has ever tried to defeat Afghanistan has failed. What makes you think the USA will be victorious since we have been there at war longer than any other place in our entire history?

Having served in the military, I believe that I can categorically state that notwithstanding the whole Posse Comitatus thing, if the President ever ordered our ground troops to take an American city, or fire upon American citizens, the sound of weapons hitting the ground would deafen Europe!! That would indeed trigger an armed rebellion, with very well armed men.
This subject was (and I'm sure still is) discussed through out the ranks, and to the man, nobody would do it. It goes against the very oath they take to protect the constitution against ALL enemies foreign and domestic. In this case the government would become the enemy.

I totally agree and PI has been on my short list of places to live. The women, the cost of living, abundant seafood, the weather... only bad thing is their laws on mj are as bad or worse than the US.

One more thing Any amount of any Illegal drugs can call for the death sentence
