It takes me exactly 1 teaspoon lemon juice/gallon of water to get my water to 6.5.

ph of 7 is to high you want it around 6.2-6.7 for soil.. lemon juice will lower it

PH down will lower it. Don't squeeze lemons in your water. That's so ghetto, ph down is $10 at the store..

PH down is at every grow store, unless you live in Afghanistan you can find it.

ph down is actually a lot more expensive than just using lemon juice, on a small scale.

i used it for my first grow in soil a few years ago with no problems at all it done the trick for me

There is absolutely nothing wrong with using lemon juice.

It's a matter of preference and style with 303, from what I gather.

Edit: I used to use lemon juice myself until it became inefficient. Now I use pH down at 1.25mL/gallon to get to 6.5.
