you've got nutrient lockout, the evergreen fertilizer is too acidic, YOU CAN NOT USE IT for MJ.
Get some 20-20-20, flush your soil thoroughly with triple the amount of water to the soil in your container. Then feed it with the 20-20-20 at a rate of 1 teaspoon per gallon of water.
Use whatever brand you want, doesn't mater.
I use 1 one teaspoon per gallon for a weekly feeding, you probably could go higher.
I don't do PPM, no meter.
