So today I noticed a browning on a leaf, I'm a bit worried and I hope someone can help me with it.
DSC04450.JPG I checked under the leaves to see if there were any pest, but they're clean, I also saw the nutrient problems chart that's been posted on these forums, but it doesn't seem to match with any of it.
Even with that it still growing pretty healthy and green for the most part

I think its time to start giving her some nutes, I usually give them there first nutes at 2 weeks, but i use soil with no nutes. You have to be careful with soil that has time released nutes, so before you add nutes could you tell me what the ph is of the water your useing, because if your ph is off it could be the start of nute lock and is doesnt need nutes yet.

I have my water at a ph of 6.7, and it's not time release soil tje22. Yeah I'm happy it's compact and not all spindley as i've seen some grows.
and thanks for the tip kevin, i was just going to use my nutes at half strength but 1/4 is probably best.

Oh sorry I thought that this meant that your soil had time released nutes in it

I also used to water with 6.7-6.8ph but I started to run into nute problems so i switched to 6.0-6.2ph. I'm not saying you should switch, If its working well for you keep it up but if you start to see problems I would try a lil lower ph.

I guess that was my bad, I should have mentioned that it was soil I got for transplanting my herb garden so the nutes where already in it, but I tried flushing out as many nutes out of it as I could before I planted my seedling in it, so it probably still has a few nutes in it.

LOL that explains some thing. I usually start seeing deficiencies around 2-2 1/2 weeks if i dont feed them, So i would guess there is still a little in there. I would just go ahead and feed her 1/4 strength

It will prolly work but you should know that they are time released, it says that it feeds for up to 8 weeks. IMHO i would try something different
