I left a light on in my flower room all night..

Pardon me while I beat my head against a wall. It probably wont hurt anything but I hate it when I do stupid shit like that... I'm usually very aware to not do that kind of crap.

Yesterday I was making some adjustments in my flower room, and I had accidentally turned the exhaust fan off. After about 20 minutes I went in my tent and it was 100 degrees. I turned the fan on ASAP and go the heat out in a minute or so, but still, it was scary...

That really sucks man. If it ant consolation I have a story. I had a inspection in my home for an appraisal. Had to move the plants into my trailer TWICE for like 10 hours out of the light schedule! So they were in the trailer with natural light coming in during the plants normal night time. I got no herms yet and its been over a week. But I am almost finished and I don't know that hermis show up this late in flower. I bet you will be fine.

Well it was just a standard ceiling bulb and they were shaded from it so it wasn't directly on them. I'm sure they will be ok.. But being they grew up from fem seeds, I hate that it happened. Good thing is the genetics rocks and they do not have a herm tendency.

Nice. Ya I left my closet door open too for like two hours lol! No light really got in but my room was SO dank I was "wtf my carbon filter not working? Oh shit the doors open!"

I had some similar stuff happen to me yesterday. Somehow a piece of ductwork broke and it was exhausting itself back into the room. When I walked in there it was like 90 degrees and stunk like pot bad as hell, I almost soiled myself  :wall: . It didn't take long to isolate the problem it just freaked me out for a minute.

You can get a good digital timer for $20. The timer i use is great no issues what so ever with it. Found it at Home Depot.
I'm currently on my 4th timer on my first grow, blew thru 2 cheap ones and a digital timer/surge protector that was complicated to operate.

it won't hurt a thing.. just continue on, things will be ok

I have a timer... I just left the regular house bulb that is in the room on.... That ones on a switch. I should just take the bulb out so I can't make that mistake again.

nothing to worry about.. light won't hurt your plants.. i have a veg room going on as my outdoor is in full bloom. now my indoor is running 18/6 from 3am to 9pm. and the light goes right out my window into the green house.. and i have no seeds no nanner.. nothing like that at all.. don't worry your ok..

I used to do stupid shit like that too ,a $20 spot spent on a motion sensing timed on off switch from home depot fixed that problem straight away for me.

Now we just walk in & out without ever touching a switch.

Actually, I replaced the normal light bulb in my grow room with a GREEN bulb. Now forgetting to turn the light switch is not a problem and during the dark hours, I can go in and do a little work.

It's as if you're just daring your plants to hermie...but they know better than to mess with you. I guess.
