And I thought I had weird neighbors. 5 hours too? Sort of reminds me of this lady that came into the walmart store where I worked a few years back.

She was in the store before I got to work at 10pm and she just stood in one spot looking at pinesol until 6 in the morning, if you asked her if she needed help or anything she would say no.

they should just put a fucking CFL in the light and leave it on. Maybe they have another switch on another wall that controls something else and can't figure out why the light keeps going off....like christmas vacation!

I say there age is late 30s low 40s.They are new neighbors and seemed normal to me.So im guessing that they probably do some type of drugs sometimes or some shit.Think they could of been on acid?i never did acid but they were on something lol.At first i thought they where trying to fix there light lol but after 5 hours of spaced out light flickering and poking the light build i new something was up.
