az mmj legality question- cultivation

First off i am an az mmj cardholder authorized to cultivate. So the law in az states that a qualifying patient may cultivate mmj if they live over 25 miles from a dispensary. But right now the dispensaries have been put on hold until jan brewer can get "clarification" on the law that the PEOPLE voted in. Until then everyone no matter where you live are authorized to cultivate. My question is what happens when dispensaries open and one pops up within 25 miles of my house? I have about 3k invested in equipment as of now. Do they (the state) expect me to stop cultivating or will there be some kind of grandfater clause for people like myself?

no your cultivation rights will be taken away by that dispensary and you will be expected to obtain you medicine from them no matter what they charge. since your card is good for a year, if the dispensary opens before it expires, when you renew you will not be allowed to cultivate. if you renew and one opens up after you have until your next renewal, seeing that they can not come and check on you.

Yeah but 5-6 crops of 2-4 plants each . I would guess with a 3 k system u could get enought smoke for yourself to smoke for a year or two. Just my opiinion.

thats shiddy. guess ill plan on moving to a remote location in the desert. THE DISPENSARIES ARE COMING... RUUUUUUN!!!!!!!

Dispensaries are what fucked things up in Colorado. They hired a lobbying group to get laws passed that made just about every aspect of being a caregiver illegal, even though caregiver is mentioned 7 times in our state constitution. Tens of thousands of people here invested in grow equipment that they cannot do a thing with unless they want to go underground. The same group of sociopaths now have their sites set on Arizona.

thats really sad. the people that complain about big business like phamacuticals keeping mj illegal for their own private interests have now done the exact same thing. im tired of hearing everyday joes (growers) say stuff like "well if they legalize it the price will drop and we wont make any money"... theyre no better than the big pharmacuticals. lets not forget why we want it legal in the 1st place- because it benefits people sick and healthy, not because of money. and another thing... why is the government allowed to squash someone who has put a lot of money into a garden anyway? ive got a few K invested in my garden and if a disp starts up within 25 mi of my home i guess im sh!t outta luck. thats just wrong. there should be a grandfather clause or something. right?

in order to get grandfathered you would have to talk to the city though,,,, so you might as well be that guy who starts a collective/disp/club... That only puts you in the sight of the feds though.... California is in the Shits at this very moment with the feds throwings the drug schedules back at us saying its schedule 1 and is bad to show our youth its okay to use. Scientifically The weed is good for us, Spiritually it is good for us. WTF its just a plant.
I wish the government would answer this question "WHY CANT WE MAKE MONEY OFF MARIJUANA?"
and i dont like or appreciate there answers such as:
Because its schedule 1 (We all know that the list was written by unqualified individual who cant change it if they wanted to) Or
It's bad for the children.... (I Say BS, I was high since i was in elementary school, and i have A's and B's up until i graduated... Was even caught smoking at school a few times,, lol.) And the gateway theory wont work government, it cant be a gateway to a lessor drug on the schedule...
What other stupid answers can they give me... I want a NO BULLSHIT ANSWER LIKE "Because we cant make money off of it" And then We will correct it and help ensure that the feds make money off of it, i know if we were allowed full legalization we all could afford the increase in personal income tax.,,, but then they would amlost be asking us to grow...
So anyways, i WANT LEGALIZATION, I WILL PAY ANYTHING EXCEPT MY FREEDOM....
I Want the government to have a face, a spokesperson.... (the president!) They need to talk no BS in a news conference.... this is a mountain out of a mole hill... They made this a big deal by putting people in jails. WTF... Sorry for the rant, just so pissed off right now.

can someone tell me why they cant change it from a schedule 1 drug? its as if it were written in stone, despite all the scientific proof that it doesnt fit even 1 of the 3 schedule 1 criteria.
