Goin to Sunday Night Football, Jets Ravens

I'm a huge Ravens fan, my dad surprised me with tickets to tonights marquee game! I'm gonna get good and buzzed before the game in Baltimore and scream my lungs out for the home team (Ravens). 70k people strong, it's sold out. If you haven't been to an NFL game... put it on your bucket list... it's the biggest adrenaline rush I've ever felt, and tonight might be the most exciting game I've ever been to.

Huge rivalry game... this ones personal. Rex Ryan, head coach of the Jets, was the Ravens defensive coordinator for the Ravens for several years... he missed the Ravens head coaching job, and he's bitter about it. There's also a handful of former Ravens who are starters on the Jets offense and defense, particularly Derrick Mason, and Bart Scott.

Watch this game guys, 8:30 on NBC, its gonna be a hard hitting blood bath!! :clap:

Unfortunately I don't have any poster board so you guys aren't gonna see me, haha. I doubt squeaky clean NBC would want a RUI poster on their broadcast anyway, lol. But seriously, tune in guys, it's far and away the most entertaining TV to watch all weekend. The story lines for this game is crazy. Like I said, this one is personal. :P

Some of friends are driving down to support Sanchez and the Jets. Some of friends will be in the Budwieser skybox supporting the Ravens. I say fuck them both, let's go STEELERS! Congrats on the ticket tho. Should be a great game

Hopefully Dirty Sanchez doesn't get on a roll, like he started to against Oakland last week.
That can get bad, fast for Baltimore.
As it did for the Raiders, they just escaped one is all.

Hell of cool your going though, I been to a few myself, all Niner games.

Kinda late on my follow up here, but long story short, the game was AWESOME! Ravens beat the Jets ass worse than I thought they would. The tix my dad got were actually some special kind he got through one of his business vendors... we got passes to some of the hospitality tents. In other words, FREE sirloin, crab cakes, and homemade mac n cheese and brownies! Oh and did I mention FREE BEER?? :shock: It was super cool, cause I wasn't expecting all the extra free stuff, even got a free Ravens hat!

I drank about a half dozen of the free beers in the tent, then had a couple more in the stadium during the game, so I was right where I needed to be all night, lol. Ravens fans are the best too, they really make it fun.

And whats up with all the Steelers fans in this thread?! Guess who's leading the division now? :mrgreen: But yeah, theres so many bandwagon Steelers fans all over the country, it's ridiculous. Most of them haven't even BEEN to Pittsburgh, or even Pennsylvania for that matter. :wall: Same thing with Cowboys fans... most haven't been to Texas, and probably never will! When I ask them, "Well, hey, why the hell do you root for them and not your local team?" I always get a lame "Uhh I dunno, I just like them, they're just my team... " :roll: haha
