Then you need a ballast and have to deal with the heat issue. ducting etc... but then you won't have to post in the CFL growing section

A hydro shop just opened up close to where i live. Its to awesome. Went there today and got something to read my temp/humidity, some ph up and a ph drop test. He only had a $80 ph meter in stock. Waiting for the $50 ones to come in. Its amazing, they have everything there. After i run out of ff soil nutes and master growing in soil, i will start a dwc system. Might as well seeing how all the stuff is right down the road now! So fucking happy.

Plants are doing great. They are looking real nice under 18/6. I have always done 12/12 from seed. Will continue to use 18/6 for veg no more 12/12 veg lol.
Indica's and 3 different kinds of shitty mexican pot. Most of my attention is going towards the indicas. Finally started ph'ing my runoff. Only took a year
. With the ph up i have, i am able to add 5 drops per gallon to bring the ph up to 7 and my run off is at 6.5

I just kept adding more till my runoff was around 6.5. My water might be at 7.1 or 7.2. Add a little at a time till you get the run off you want.

I would say yes as long as you don't raise or lower the ph to much.

Loving how those indica's are growing . Leaves are huge. I never had a plant start off like that.... The reflective emergency blankets i have hanging up are getting kinda dirty. This weekend I might replace it all. Its taped anyways. I need it stapled.
All the plants are looking great. Oldest indica's are 8 days old, younger are 5 days. I really don't care about the reg's, i'm just going to let them grow, see if the nutes/soil make a difference. Going to put my feeding amounts on here.

. The sad part is, I am a master at growing stem and leaves lol. For some reason my first two grows i had problems growing flowers. 1st grow was because of a transplant 4 weeks into flowering. 2nd grow was a combination of seeds,medium, nutrients and the position i had the plants planted. They were close to the sides of a bin. A bin witch was way to large for my box. Also mg cactus nutes no good. It has some kind of ultra nitrogen in it, not sure but, i think my plants were growing like a cactus..We'll see how it goes this time around
