I didn't put that old Lady in the back of my car. Not anywhere near the same thing as making someone listen to some fat fuck badmouthing their whole race because he got in his head he's superior. Your really going to try to sell me that their's nothing wrong with a white cop arresting a black women because her car breaks down and she has to park on the shoulder? Even the courts didn't agree, because they dropped the charges. Are you really SURE he didn't do that JUST to be a dick?

She wasn't arrested because she parked on the shoulder. The actual news article in the link says this:
"a sheriff's deputy named Mark Goad pulled behind her, wrote her a ticket for
driving on the shoulder, decided to arrest her"
I've seen the scenario a hundred times on the cop video shows... Someone gets a ticket they think is unjust and instead of fighting it in court they start fighting it right there on the side of the highway. --dumb.
Charges are dropped all the time. Just because the local Prosecutor doesn't want to pursue charges doesn't mean it wasn't a lawful arrest.
I'm not defending the Deputy listening to Limbaugh, and I'm not defending the arrest, but he likely has video and audio of the incident. It would be VERY interesting to hear exactly what Rush was saying during that car ride "downtown".
