PROOF That Ron Paul is a RACIST!!!

Where I live we have a special needs school. I do NOT agree that all handicapped students need to attend a handicapped school. That is not fair. It's up to the parents and student to decide if a private, public, or a specialized school is better or not. I understand your position. Yes, traditionally blind students attend schools for the blind but not anymore. I had a blind Latin teacher when I went to highschool. He had his dog and did his own thing very well.

What I'm trying to say is that everyone has the right to go to school. Whether it is private, public, or a specialized school.
And I'm not disagreeing with you, I think we may be on more of the same page than you realize. I don't mean this in a disrespectful way, but I don't think you have a fundamental understanding of the free market and how our economy works. First you must understand the basics of economics and the free market, then you can understand what I am saying. Forget the terms private and public. All I'm talking about is who is responsible for running the system... the private sector, or the government. And when I say government, I mean the state govt., not the federal govt., as I said before, the USDE needs to be abolished. Just like you, I am for all students receiving education.
As for the handicapped issue... Of course I am not saying that all handicapped students can't go to regular school, it most definately should be on a case by case basis. But, with that said, there are some children that cannot make it in regular school for a variety of reasons, but not least of these being, disruptions to the other students. I am not interested in segregation, but you would have to admit there are times when special schools and special teachers are needed. I dated a girl in college for quite a while, that was studying to be a special ed teacher and also did outside volunteer work. She was also fluent in sign language. My dad is also a retired school teacher. So, I don't speak all the things I do without knowledge in the subject.

I've been to many schools growing up when we moved around a lot, and the mentally challenged kids always got one little room in the school where they stayed the entire day. how is that not demeaning? kids are little assholes and these special needs kids would be fucked with on a daily basis, they should have their own place to be in an actual school enviormet like the non special needs children.
I wasn't talking about the current situation, I was talking about how things could be with the private sector running the show. I am quite aware of how the school system currently treats handicapped children.

The govt. can't run anything right, just look at the USPS, and then contrast it with UPS or FedEx.
let's do that.

the USPS is obligated to set up shop in every town. so even shitshatapoopton, nebraska, with its (hypothetical) 50 residents who mail on average a total of 5 things a week needs a post office with a full time worker.

fedex and ups have no such obligation, and only set up shop where its profitable, not in every single town where people live.

do you not see how comparing the two is pointless?

besides, no ups or fedex will deliver my letter for as cheap as the usps does.

Look at the VA, and then contrast it with civilian health care.
old folks report a greater rate of satisfaction with medicare compared to young folks and their rate of satisfaction with private insurance.

Look at Social Security, then contrast it with other private sector investment firms.
my parents watched their 401Ks get cut in half a few years back, while my grandma got the same social security check.

Seriously, can you not see the fed govt has no business being in business? Everything they touch is a giant failure.
i would not call social security a giant failure. i would not call the most powerful army in the world a giant failure.

you need some perspective.

I would make a horrible president.

I have way to many Robin hood-like qualities that would put me in the dog house with the upper class.

ron paul has specifically stated that "education is not a right".

so, in other words, in his utopia, those who can not afford to go to school would not even stand a chance at working for mcdonalds, as even they require basic literacy and arithmetic.

they might get some work on a farm, maybe.

now you have clearly exposed yourself as a low information voter.

cain was just on meet the press talking about how he would expand our role in iraq. how can you support that and claim to be a ron paul fan at the same time?

cain was a former chairman of the kansas city fed and has said that the fed does not even need to be audited. how can you support that and claim to be a ron paul fan at the same time?

i have no problem with people like cerebrus that support ron paul, but i have noticed a lot of his supporters are very low information types like yourself. you make the rest of his supporters look worse by proxy.
Buck, come on man. I'm not a low information voter. I may not watch every single news show on tv, or read every single article on the internet, but I would consider myself fairly versed in politics. I have to admit I am a late bloomer, I didn't get into things until about 12 years ago, but I have studied and learned quite a bit in that time.
Ok, so fine, I don't know everything about Cain. As I have stated, more that once, I just recently started shifting my attention to other candidates, Cain being one of them. I have, however, done extensive research already on RP, the constitution, and our founding fathers. I find Paul to be rock solid on the issues, and right in line with the constitution. Running this country on our constitution served us well for hundreds of years, that is what I am looking for in a candidate.
So, if saying that I will investigate what has been said about Cain, "blew my cover" of being an uniformed person about Herman Cain... then guilty as charged. Why do you find it offensive that I would want to find out about the guy? Did I come into this thread spouting a bunch of Cain this, Cain that? No, I didn't.
You don't know me. You don't know what I know, or don't know, but I do know this... the current administration had it's chance, and they failed, now they need to go. It's my job as a responsible citizen to research the opposing candidates and make an informed decision. And so far, my decicion is, Ron Paul is talking more sense than just about all the candidates put together.

Ugh, you know what, I never wanted to be sucked into this "pointless shit" as someone else just called it....so go on and argue about Ron Paul, or Obama, or Clinton, or friggin George Washington, I don't care. You vote your conscience, I'll vote mine. No further response needed.

You don't know what I know, or don't know...
yes i do, i called you out on it and you admitted it.

you threw your support behind a guy who is basically the polar opposite of the guy you claim as your savior, your chosen and almighty one.

that reflects poorly on all ron paul supporters who, in my experience, are about as well-informed as you are.

so what did you do with the tax breaks you got under this administration?

I liked Cains approach on the tax system, that's all. I didn't really give him much "support". So whatever man, I don't really care what you think of me or any other Ron Paul supporter. I don't really think much of liberals either...

all you have to do is google it.

it came up during his 1996 campaign, the houston chronicle reported on it, i have only posted it a million times.

http://www.chron.com/CDA/archives/archive.mpl?id=1996_1343749

key words? "paul...said...HIS written commentaries".

when it came up again in 2008 he tried to say he never wrote or even read them. too bad we have documented evidence to the contrary, you old turtle fucker (ron paul).

ok so i read a number of the comments and i dont see anything rascist, i see people taking commments out of context and being PC thugs

So politically correct, example, the statement of an opinion poll that 5% of blacks have reasonable political out look in LA, the context being about gangs and at that time gangs in LA were an epidemic of violent and drug related crimes in that area, HE WASN'T TALKING SHIT HE WAS SHOWING THE SOCIAL INJUSTICE THAT WAS LA AT THE TIME, I.E. African Americans were not respected

once again the sycophants and attached themselves to a sinking ship( your opinions) called valdez

IF YOU ARE TO MUCH OF A PC PUSSY TO ACKNOWLEDGED STATISTICS THAT POINT OUT A LARGER INJUSTICES, for one the sub par treatment given to African American minorities in this country do to extreme poverty

then stay out of politics, we need change not CONJECTURE

capricousness is the only constant in life . .. . . change is not a slogan or a catch phrase, its reality

you mean the approach that would mean just about every middle class and lower middle class american pays more while the uber wealthy pay way less?

yeah, that's exactly what i want, too. every trip to the grocery store costs $109 dollars now, instead of $100. genius!

where did you pull that qoute from?

not everything in politics is nice and cuddly, get used to it, there is a lot of injustices happening in this country I can guarantee RON PAUL as a political never voted for any of them

but because he points them out, he is responsible for them

GLAD YOU CAN SPELL ASS, TO BAD YOU CANT COGNITIVELY THINK

As for your comment, id like to see the rest of the conversation and why he responded that way, looking at a individual statement within a body of text, shows zero context to what it may pertain to

I FUCKING HATE PC THUGS

GET USED TO IT ITS A NASTY WORLD, and certiain people go out of their way to make this happen and cover it up at the same time

No offense to you in any specific way Buck you are well respected but, at some point people need to start taking responsibility for their opinions and nothing is PC when it comes to justicse or our futures

ron paul's newsletter. you can google it for all the juicy quotes. i'm not gonna do it for you, we all know they exist, they are all easily found on a google search, and i have already posted proof that he defended them as his own writings before denying that he ever wrote or even read them.

i love how ron paul supporters are in this cult-like mindset. they even have labels for all the "non-believers". we are all "sheep" who need to "open our eyes" and "wake up".

please forgive me that i do not worship at the ALTAR OF PAUL.
