Is a three inch net pot big enough

I have one of those big 5gal net pots but I just made.a second dwc bucket with a 3 inch net pot and am wondering if it's big enough and will the roots be alright squeezing through

I have run all the way through in 3 inch net pots, it's fine as long as you don't let it get to tall and fall over. If your plants start to lean you may want to try tying them up so they stay standing straight. Good luck and happy growing.

Is this net pot too big for a 5gal bucket, starting from clone? I asked for a 6" netpot at the hydro store and this is what the guy handed me, but looking at other grows they seem to use smaller ones.

That looks like an 10" (or w/e.. it's bigger than 6")

You can grow huge plants in those, unlike some smaller net pots. Small plants will grow relatively the same, but your water levels are probably going to have to be above the net pot at first.

thanks, I'll just pick up the right size tomorrow when I pick up the nutes I need. I knew it was too big.
