Only 16 out of thousands man...Its messed up indeed, buts its not all Cali dispensaries.....

I was disappointed when I saw this earlier today on another website. This step by the government never would of happened if legalization happened in California though.
I honestly believe that part of the reason as to why legalization didn't occur after the vote in California is because some of these dispensaries are so greedy that they are running back-door games with certain political parties. If one thing is to come from this, hopefully it will fuck the greedy dispensary owners over and leave some of the genuine ones standing in the wake.
Of course I doubt the government will do much, as stated in the article, they have sent out plenty of threats that weren't backed by action in the past.

I think everyone needs to sit back and watch how this progresses. Is it greed, or is it big business pressuring the Obama administration? I am concerned as a California resident who tried to keep my life legal.

Yeah guess well see how this runs out, I was just so excited for my first grow to see if people like it. I'll just have to limit it to myself for now. Can we sell to other collective members or is that a no no?

It's a no-no. So stupid. The clubs never complained that we couldn't sell patient to patient. Obviously because they knew it meant more money for them... The clubs kinda have it coming. The sad part is the ms and cancer and aids maptients who are going to have to grow their own, or if they can't go to black markets. For me, this is the final straw, Obama must go.

Wrong you can count in San Diego and Los Angeles.
DEA just raided two days ago two shops 1 in North Hollywood and another close by so
the raids are all but limited and spread out and more will come all over Cali
it looks like.

Just replace the tobacco companies with MMJ companies.
The Gov't. says they can't regulate a plant?
What the hell is tobacco considered to be?
No jobs would be lost and less people would die from cancer each day.
I would still grow my own, once the gov't. taxes it we probably couldn't afford to buy it.

So I can not sell it to another patient but I can give it to them if I wanted? I have my very first outdoor grow being harvested later this week and wanted some freinds to try it out dont want to get into trouble though I aint into going to jail.

Ask your friends if they have a card, if not explain to them that they are smoking at their own risk

the police are not required by law to tell you they are a policeman if you ask. If you give, or sell to someone without a card you as well as they are likely breakihng your local laws.Ask your friends if they have a card, if not explain to them that they are smoking at their own risk

you ever see the prostitute sting operations on COPS. the chick cop dresses up like a whore and goes and picks up dudes. dudes ask all the time "are you a cop?" the cop says "NO" every time.

Of course they are allowed to lie thats there JOB........... lol just becasue its on movies and TV dosent mean its true.....think about it........Your an under cover cop and been under for weeks or months and someone asked if your a cop and you just say " oh well guess they got me" lol no there job is to desieve you and lie to you to gain evidance against you ......... please stop telling people this false info so they dont make silly mistakes and get arrested thinking they are protected because they asked them if they were a cop....You really think that holds up in court....??
