Renting a growhouse questions!?!

Hello rollitup society,rainman here,I'm not usually on here that much but I had a few questions for the growers who simply rent or own houses that,he,she only uses for growing.Now what I wanted to know was fairly really simple questions.1.what would be a good safe range for wattage use,how many would be too many? How many would be perfect? Was thinking and wanting to do 4000 watts spreaded around even.question 2 would running my light at diffrent times work best? Don't want 4000 watts powering on all at one time.can't think of anything else right now,but would appreciate further more info on safty tips or anything.

3 vital points

1 location is extremely important, it can make the difference between getting robbed, getting busted or having a succesful grow

2 tell nobody who needs know, it can make the difference between getting robbed, getting busted or having a succedful grow

3 having all of the grow in one or two rooms is better than having lots of rooms with smaller set ups, if somebody sees all of the windows and blinds/cutains are closed all the times this can lead to suspicions.


i just had a big one robbed and it has set me back in a major way, i didn't follow the first two rules and it costs me dearly. good luck

like ghb said tell NO ONE.couple of thing's to look for.i alway's made sure the landlord lives far away.make sure the lease say's you will get plenty of notice for inspection's and such.

Good lookin ghb an count,yeah I'm still doing some research into where I want to be,most likey secluded preferably.another is the landlord if I were to rent and I had to deal with them wanting to do come by and check things out,hopefully not,I just don't want to get a notice saying hey I need to come check this out or I need to do this or that,but I peep game on some people I know that rent housed to live in an nothing more an I found out that the landlord rarely or never comes around,hopefully mine will be the same.I just want to have my shit together,not sloppy,nobodies coming to the house besides me,and a pittbull in the yard,maybe some motion detectors ya know,a car parked outside,swing set basicly making it look like your normal friendly mr. And mrs.smith lol..real stealthy.I'm open to anymore ideas anyone I would certainly preciate it an ghb u should have had a dog in the front yard man,such a shame your grow got rippped off.

about the elc. billing, it depends on where you live, elc. prices are different in other countries. also cold areas use more elc. then warm areas.

Don't get your future landlord all suspicious by asking him or her too many times about inspections. Try to bring that subject up as little as possible, yet at the same time make for certain they wont come snooping around.

Ayo ron,father time,ohmy what's good? Another thing is the strain I wanted to do was ceres skunk,heard good things about that one.still thinking,plotting before I bomb first,only fools rush in so I'm kinda letting my thaughts marinate.I'm going for about 30 to 40 pots,yea I'm really trying to go in lol..would be a liar if I said it was for my own personal use,nah,I mean lifes a bitch and then we die right? I'm trying to live not struggle to survive man and quote me on that one.let's see another thing is the place is not going to be in my name,hell no,probably one of my lady friends,tell her you will take her shopping once a month and she'll do whatever.carbon filters for the smell,a shredder for the fan leaves,no grow material in the trash,so I'll probably burn all that shit,what else!?!..basically my main concern is smell,and the landlord snooping around,gotta keep my mouth shut about this bcuz we all know loose lips always links the ships,and controling the smell,don't want any outside noses catching a wiff of that skunk lol..anything else I'm missing? The floor is open..

I fence the yard and grow some vines along the fence.
If ur not gonna live there come up with a good story for the neighbors
and stick 2 it. A good one is a friend is a pilot and only comes in a few days a month, he just got divorced from his wife and has a kid around here.
I know I will catch some heat for this but fuk'em, if ur are concerned about electric use magnets on the meter.

I do 3 Simple rules.
Cameras hooked thru my phone and recorded on a hard drive if tripped by my motion sensors.
Second you want cool neighbors(you know the old Vietnam era type, I always find them trustworthy and crazy if anyone is snooping on your property)
Third Dog. Does not matter too much what kinda of dog as long as its not retarded.

hahaaa..i hear ya man,just dont want a gullable dog that lets his guard down whenever someone offers it some gravy train lol..u know how dogs are suckers for food

Ya my homie down south, They dont have cops so they have to have good dogs. You could toss the finest steak over the fence and the pit will just stay eye locked with you. It knows it can eat that steak later, but first its eating the person who tossed it in.
