Hey... I looked up that book
and tried to take a photo of the page to save me typing but it didn't work so ill just type out the paragraph for you......
**************************************************************************************************************************************************
Harvest yield is measured in 'grams of dried bud per 1000 watts in the flowering room per 30 days'. This means that a two pound crop grown under 1000 watt lamp for 60 days produces one pound per 1000 watts per 30 days... Another example is : One 1000 watt lamp that yields one pound in 60 days of flowering produces a half pound per 1000 watts per 30 days. Grams per watt per 30 days is an easy convertion - 454 grams (one pound) per 1000watts per month. For example, a 1000 watt lamp that produces that produces 500grams in a month yield one gram per watt. The bench mark of a good harvest is 0.5 grams per watt of light every 30 days in the flowering room.

So going by this.....you expect 10 zips (250grams) of dried bud... thats been in the flower room for 13 weeks (91 days) under 560 watts of light....
There for 250 grams under 560 watts = 0.44 grams per watt in 90 days....
There for 250 grams under 560 watts in 30 days = 0.14 grams per watt per 30 days.... so if your getting 0.14 grams per watt with cfls and the pro's are aiming to get 0.5 grams per watt with hps bulbs growing with top of the line hydroponics and co2 and the best nute's money can by.... Then i think what you have done is simply fantastic!!!
Anyway... Thats what it says in the book.....
