honestly after reading through this thread i can't tell if the op is serious or not after some of those arguments, but the part about legislating sex is what stood out to me. sex is a private thing that has nothing to do with the law. in order for sex laws to be truly enforced people's constitutional rights would have to first be dissolved.

a. you would have to catch me in the act, making yourself a pervert and possibly opening yourself to criminal charges.
b. i would have to admit it, and you would have to be able to verify whether it was true, also possibly making you a pervert. (want a video?)

i think the act of even showing a flash of interest in my sex life makes someone a cruisading pervert, but that's just me.
