Government should stay out of private business affairs entirely and stop propping up losing companies. If the Chinese can "Dump" solar panels on us it means cheaper cost to start your own power independence. Perhaps Government should now endorse a Giant 1,000,000% tariff on foreign panels and give Solyndra a Monopoly, that would be sure to make Solyndra a prospering company!! Government can just run all the corporations right? Sounds like Fascism to me.

The companies complain that China has aided its own solar companies with low-interest loans, cheap land deals and lax environmental standards that lower costs. In addition, they say that China’s currency, which is generally believed to be 10 to 35 percent undervalued, makes Chinese exports cheaper than they should be. Moreover, they allege that many of the Chinese companies are losing money on U.S. sales, a tactic to grab market share and drive U.S. competitors out of business.
Labor costs, which make up less than 10 percent of solar panel production costs, are not a key factor.
“We can compete with any country in the world,” said Santarris. “However it is very difficult for us to compete with the Communist Party of China​.”

Sorry bub, but the Chinese Yuan has been Pegged to the USA dollar for years now. If the Yuan is Devalued by even 1%, it is because the US Dollar has devalued 1%. It isn't currency manipulation, it's called smart business. The USA cannot devalue it's currency enough to make US Exports cheaper in other countries that peg their currencies to ours. The Euro is also a currency with a fixed exchange rate.

Yes, borrowing for hemp setup and your own business works now, although federally illegal (which is one reason it is works). That doesn't compare to what white Obama wants to & has burdened generations to come with. Without His out of place programs & agenda we would not be having the problems we're having now.
