overkill

Hi to all you like minded green fingered people,i have made a mistake by feeding full strenght feed,bio-grow,2ml per liter,now my girls showing signs iv hurt them,wee spots and very light yellowing at the edges of their leaves,have just been watering with no feed since just and wanna know when is safe to feed again,do i wait for signs of damage to dissapear? they still growing at a fast pace..under 400 hps veg lamp...thanks for any info))

I don't think that damage ever disappears, at least it didn't when I overfed my first grow. Just make sure the new growth is coming through nice and feed with quarter strength, then half strength the next time etc.
Different strains can take different amounts so there is no set protocol.
Also with many brands of nutes, you can never hit full strength without getting burn.
As the plant gets bigger it gets safer to feed.
Depends on your growing medium as well, if you absolutely blast them you may need to flush out salt buildup, but if you've been watering with plain water then it should be ok.

The damage won't disappear per se., The damage will be to the individual plant cells and they are dead. .... What you can expect is new growth from your plant so the damage done wont matter at all. If youve been using water since, I would restart my nutes regime at 2ml litre as normal.
