i hope a tall truck hits the spider web and takes the spider with it. i don't see how i could torch it, it's living in the tree. it only goes into the web to kill prey and eat i think. i am no spider expert but it's pretty disgusting and i am too scared to try anything.

this isn't a yellow sack, it's big and it hsa a big body and skinny legs. it does look kind of brown, it could be a recluse but it looks like a black widow to me. it's very dark in colo rbut not quite black, that's why i question whether it's a black widow. it's about 1.5 inches big.
male widows are brown to..recluses arent real big and they have a pin head look, they also have markings like a widow sorta

if yur worried about the tree and plants you cna buy bio poison that kills the spider and not the living things and water around it, it comes from treebark, cant remeber the name now

Set the area of the tree on fire you think its living,if the fire department shows up you have no idea how it happened, while they are there you should tell them you got a spider problem and they'll probably take care of it.

If you can't kill him just destroy his web, he'll probably move on.
the web was destroyed a week or two ago and he rebuilt it. i thought that would be the end of him for sure but it wasn't. saw him today.

are they usually more active at night?

Spiders are good for controlling other pests and if it's outside you house, which it appears to be, Just leave it be. Jeez, I don't know why people are afraid of spiders they are not going to hurt you unless you fuck with 'em.

poisonous spider = die. We had a fucktun of black widows and brown recluses where i grew up. Garden spiders, granddaddy long legs, regular brown spiders are cool though - i mean cool doing their spider thing outside :P

it look liek this

it says the male is harmless. i guess i can leave it alone. i will try to figure out if it's a female and if it is, it's got to go for the safety of evryone around & the animals.
