wake the fuck up if someone wants to blow some people up they are going to do it and some microwaves and ball grabbing isn't going to stop it....The government doesn't protect you. Think for a minute - they would just blow up at the checkpoints like they do in the middle east.

It seems a lot of lives have been saved. People travel on airlines every day of every week of every month of every year. Every time that plane safely lands on the runway more lives are saved. Relinquish our own safety to others? By submitting to a search? Does getting patted down somehow render you flaccid... err.. excuse me... helpless? Is the wand they use to detect metal somehow magic and causes you to freeze? Did they shout Immobulus and fly around on brooms?
This has to be the most idiotic "controversy" I've ever witnessed. I would rather have a man fondle my genitals than find out later, because we abolished the TSA, a man carried a bomb onto the plane and my life was flashing before my eyes. Did 9/11 teach you nothing? I'd rather be inconvenienced than dead.

If a terrorist wants to kill you, nobody is going to stop them, nobody can read minds and predict the future. You can not sacrifice liberty for security. The terrorist would just simply blow up at the checkpoints killing crowds of people...Just like they do in the middle east.

Didn't they allow the underware bomber to get on a plane after they had calls that he was trying to do something and he had no jacket and was going somewhere cold and he smelled like shit and was coming from some shitty country?
Did they save the day or was the guy just to stupid to work a pack of matches?
Were there all sorts of problems before they started radiating everyone and touching nuts and buts and checking diapers?
Do you think you are incapable of stopping some smelly african sitting next to you from ligting his shit on fire? Shouldn't you have the right to defend yourself?
Look at mass shootings- You might not be able to prevent them- but in a well armed society they would be unable to inflict the damage they do today. If you were armed and comfortable in your legal rights and some pshyco started to do something you would shoot him dead, or the guy next to you would shoot him dead. A well armed society is a safe and polite socitey.

Yet they keep blowing up planes. Name me one "checkpoint" that can be attributed to a taliban/al qaeda terrorist attack on U.S. soil. I can name you a couple off the top of my head where planes were involved.
