Please explain this so called "bad information"

Craig my have said CIA, but who busted him? Not the C.I.A! Sounds more like L.A. County Sheriffs office or D.E.A. to me! I've messed up words in the heat of conversation like that before! I'm not saying that's what he did, but the CIA would have had nothing to do with it!
and since it was "THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA v. RUBIN." shows it wasn't a federal bust, just a state bust! LA county sheriffs office!
3 hours and 15 min. after he leaves sounds like just enough time to make sure he was out of there!

How did bret have a grow and admit to bringing in seeds and breeding in the US on film, How weed won the west, and on top of that he can be seen at these places that got raided, but never even gets brought in... All this while on probation for drug charges... Sounds like a snitch!

Also dan kone never said he was busted with 25 lbs! he said he "should be" on video bringing in the 25 lbs because they had video cameras recording it!

For all you Nay Sayers go ahead and deal with Bret, All my buddy (the OP) was trying to do is warn people so they dont get nailed.
There is a ton more proff as soon as my friend gets his property back!

Hi there "reality checker" (definitely not bret. lol).

Care to explain why you eerrrrr I mean your friend seems to have the habit of being on videotape of places that get raided and yet the police take no interest even though there is videotape evidence?

Maybe you can ask Bret if he is the original creator of grape ape? Saying "I've been working with these strains for many years" is not the same thing as being the original creator. I'd like a clarification please.

Ok. let's start with Mr. Rubin. To this day, mr. rubin is convinced his raid was really by the CIA, Bret is a CIA operative, and even stood up during his trial and stated "the feds set me up". Last year, he went on the Alex Jones show and claimed the same thing. What really happened was LA county sent in an undercover officer, Tracy Fields, 3 days prior, to join his temple, she bought $40 of pot, and then LA County raided him. Deputy Fields testified against Mr. Rubin at his trial.
You are correct, the CIA would have nothing to do with it, which is why his theory is messed up.

You don't know how law enforcement works. 3 hours and 15 minutes would never have passed between the time an "informant" leaves and the raid. That would give the suspects ample time to get rid of any evidence or contraband. They would come in right after the informant leaves. That didn't happen as is evidenced on the surveillance videos.
Bret is not on video carrying anything in or out of the Temple.
speaking of the videos, have you had the chance to view these surveillance tapes? Mr. Rubin used to have them posted on his Temple 420 forum.

As to the whole Bret and seed issue, I have no clue you should ask him.

I have to say this, though, for someone who hasn't even seen these surveillance tapes, you think you know what really happened because you heard Mr. Rubin rant on youtube? Maybe you should ask Mr. Rubin to repost the videos.

What habit? How many people are on those tapes, who the police take no interest in, and btw, have you even seen the surveillance tapes from Mr. Rubin, or just the youtube rants? and your most recent friend, did his bosses install surveillance cameras at the building? Could that be the tape your friend is talking about? Were there tapes made by the owners?

Hey can you ask your buddy to post the discovery documents, including the statement of probable cause? Your friend's lawyers shoudl have that if a case was filed against him. Thanks.

Lol fed I just had a good laugh too. I'll tell ya why I could care less about Brett. He advertises his shit in his website when it was up and j could get it nowhere. U would be lucky to find a cut. He guys not a breeder he's just a guy involved in he indistry who likes to run his mouth. As to if he's a snitch dont know don't care. I've formed an opinion on his. Company years ago and it wasn't very favorable. I labeled him as all talk. If he didn't do it too had he's gettin such bad press. If he did karma will get his ass

if you dont believe me go to an orange county NORML meeting, there usually at fuddruckers in forest park or giovannis pizza in fullerton, and ask the VP if bret warned him not to go to the buildings that week. BRET SAID " dont go to the buildings next week because im calling the POLICE"
forget about everything else if somebody says there calling the police and the police come.
it doesnt take a genius to figure that out, im guessing your buddys with Bret or not very bright

Bret has NO SEEDS and NO CUTTINGS period, i was with him every day, his farm in Riverside county also got busted you can look it up.

His whole life is a scam my guess is he had a VERY good cutting that he got from somebody called it KAI Kush entered in the cup and won

I asked him point blank do you have any seeds he said NO, how do you create a strain with NO SEEDS
