Wow, did NOT expect a house to fall in our laps one week after grow was discovered... this is a house of a buddy of mine. the crawl space is dug out under living room, for growing purposes.

We are moving in 2 weeks. Will post pics of new covert grow area...

oh best part, he's had it up for 18 months, so it has went through many price drops... so we are getting a 120,000 house for 80,000...

yes! I thought renting apartments was better for a while, cause you can move whenever, no yard work, no worries if hot water heater goes out... but f*****g old people to the left with barking ass dogs and freakin gangsters next door with endless music bumping made me realize... FUCK apartments!!!!!

Thanks grumpy!

Lol. I hear yeah on that. I'm on my third owned home. My favorite thing about ownership vs renting is I can tear down r build up walls at will.

yes, that is one of things that never appealed to me... i can see the appeal, but for me, that cuts into my chillin time... cops in san andreas won't kill themselves ya know! ;)

Just don't ever buy a duplex and rent to people. Being a landlord really sucks (where I live anyway). Now I live in one unit and grow in the other.

Cops schmops. I mean for any reason. My current place is 3200 sq ft. With the addition of a few sheets of plywood and sheet rock, I will gain 200 sq ft and another bedroom or giant walk in closet. Entry way is 2 story soon to be the new room.

yea i am gonna pimp that shit out!!! i'm just happy that its so private... the entrance to the crawl is under a huge deck too... which actuall will make it a pain in the ass to access like I want to, but the stealth is pricelss!!

Yes, home ownership is absolutely one of the best things going. I bought my first home when I was 21 and haven't looked back. The only thing it did was it kept me in Michigan when I would have moved south a while ago.

No one to tell you that someone else can smell 'something'. No one to tell you that someone else has complained about loud and unusual noises emanating from your apartment-I think you know what I mean.

Btw, congrats.

Um, it's your house, the whole house, who cares about smells coming through the floorboards. In fact fuk, that crawl space can be better used to house all of your grow mechanics and dedicate a whole room above ground to the plants :D
