Ive been growing them for almöst 2.5 months with 12-14 hours of light a day. Seems like they have stopped growing. They have been the same for a week with no changes what so ever. Should I dry them?

Nowhere near done. You need to stop with the "12-14" hours of light and get them on a strict 12 on 12 off regimen for those flowers to fatten up. Plants NEED less light to trigger flowering and for those flowers to mature and add density. What kind of lights are you using? Maybe get a bloom booster also. But those are really nowhere near ready to chop.

Wait, let me get this straight, u have been growing them for 2.5 months under 12-14 hours of light?? U never did a vegg period with like 18/6 or 24 hours of light? This is where u messed up, plant looks like shit, looks like it is a good seed, would have been a nice plant, but that time has come and gone, my advice, give them a light period of 12/12 for about 2 months, maybe a litte less, but they need a lot of TLC and time

I am using a 400 watt metal halide. I use organic ferts every 7 days. I also use a fan. how do I get them co2. Im growing in Turkey, things you can get here are slightly more restricted

I forgot to say I did use 24 hours of light during the first 2-3 weeks but ı used florescent. The seeds were really crap quality im suprised they even grew this much

Don't worry about CO2 at all, it's not what is needed here. Just get that plant on a strict 12/12 schedule with no light at all in the dark periods. THe leaves in the first pic look very much Sativa, and it could be a long flowering plant to begin with. You may even try 11/13 light schedule to get them moving faster.

Also, looks. Like nute burn, cut back on the strength of ur feed, try and get a hps light, this is what u really need for flowering

Crap quality seeds = crap quality plants, which is what you have there.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, just calling it like I see it. Getting good, smokeable bud requires planning and effort... getting shwag requires little to no effort.

I'm gonna say those plants nute-locked somewhere in early flower. They ain't gonna grow no more.

My advice to you is to research some more and try again... and not with crap seeds.
