oregon medical marijuana laws? plant counts? can you grow outdoors or in greenhouse? also is there rules on more than one grower in a household? any info i would appriciate thank you!!
awesome thanks for the infoUnder the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program, registered patients can use marijuana, and grow it or arrange to have a caregiver grow it for them. A patient may store (possess) up to 24 ounces of dried plant material. Patients can give marijuana to other patients, but they cannot legally buy it or sell it to anyone. To produce the medicine , each patient may have a maximum of 6 mature plants and 18 starts and seedlings :Mature vs. Immature plants - Any plant that is 12 inches or over, in height or width, or in bloom is considered mature. Each patient can have up to six of these.Starts and seedlings - Plants that are under 12 inches in all directions, with no buds or flowers, are not mature. A patient can have 18 of these smaller plants.
Does not matter if in, or out, but if outdoors be careful with weight.
4 growers including yourself if I remember correctly.
word thanks for the info and it wouldnt be more than 2 growers at the houseIf you grow out doors you must remember to keep everything out of public view. Helicopters above for some reason do not count as public, so tall fences will work. Also, one person may grow for up to 4 patients. No rules on multiple growers in one house so have at it. Also there has been this discussion How many patients to a house?
octa and you should be looking for a place to sign a ballet. where you at ???Does anybody know of any new upcoming bills, law changes, that we may vote on here in Oregon???
