Kush Experts!! Opinion needed Please! Reserva Privada OG Kush - Indica or Sativa?

do not get RP Kandy Kush it is notoriously hermie.

iv grown several kandy kush and they are freaking killer. no herm issues whatsoever. my favorite smoke so far. im growing out the RP OG kush as well. i believe the OG stands for Ocean Grown.

I've read a thread on ICMag where someone posted some pics of a magazine that said Chemdawg 91 was a plant that came out of a seed of a strain called "Colorado Indica"....and for all I've read, I think original Chem was indica dominant

I know Reserva Privada worked with the original OG cut to put OG into seed. Back 10 to 15 years ago OG was just one cut then came all the variations.

Ok, chem 91 x (Pakistani kush x lemon Thai) is the best explanation of og genetics to date IMHO. It makes sense and I've heard this from a few sources. I know og is sativa Dom because high thc is sativa characteristic. Indica have higher cbn and cbd. Look up a medical testing site. (Budgenius.com) og, sour d, hazes always have the highest thc. All 3 sativas. My theory on why og knocks people out is that the thc rush is so fast and speedy, the crash about 30 mins in puts you on a sick body lock downer, like it wears you out kinda rush high. But with og you always get the head high & slapped in the face baked with mood enhancement. It's one of the few sativa kushes. Look at the flower time, stretch, lankiness. To call it a pure indica is just ignorant, it shows me youve never grown the strain.(no offense).

The one I have looks very sativa, looks like spagetti with rocks on it. The first time you smoke it is sativa dominant but you can feel the indica side for sure. But if I smoke it more than twice in one day it is straight knock out, put you to sleep shit.

Well I just acquired 2 cali connect Dh og, Cali connect Larry og, reserva privada og, white fire og, king Louis xiii og, purple kush x fire og. I've heard Louis was more indica Dom og. I'll hopefully start a journal but I like the mental high the og gives. As you can see I'm some what of a kush

i have sativa OG aka skywalker OG and it grows definetly sativa dominate with a slight indica bud structure, spiralling and dense, so OG is just a name to me like purple thai or hindu kush

just an indication of previous possible genetic traits, or lineage

Kush has both sativa and indica phenos with the sativa phenos being stronger and more resin packed,Im running the white and white fire which are the best kushes in the world right now and I chose a white fire pheno that both traits,the sativa phenos with skinnier leaves and the indica will be a stockier plant and low stretching with broad ass leaves,I chose a pheno that has leaves that are somewhere in the middle and I got lucky.For kush the are heavy these are heavy yielders.The sativa kush phenos have to be trained and topped to death to yield anything at all useually

Ive been running cali conn.Larry and it it some nice smoke,I got one female from 4 beans and got one nice pheno.I think Ill pack a bowl now

nice chem d, i used to have a spot working in a collective and in so cal(where i'm from) ppl think sativas are shitty and dont get you high so when i tell them og is a sativa they get all defensive. But as long as they keep burning ill keep growing. starting to get more into other kushes but og is so recognizable to patients as potent meds(smell mainly) it's hard to grow other strains with the og demand.

Can't wait. I got 1 OG Kush that just sprouted today already has cotyledons spread and first single true leaf buds growing. Got another OG Kush seed in reserve and a Sour Kush as well -- is Sour Kush the same thing as Headband like they claim or not?

Those of you who've grown their OG Kush, what day do you usually end up harvesting? Any grow tips particular to the strain (light or heavy nutes, light sensitivity, etc?)
