RIU Without The Internet?

We need a net tech to help us set up our own adhock community. it would be a marvelous thing, all burnout all the time.
A massive riu network, it would run with out any internet. we would basically connect wireless signals across the country, spreading the love of the herb.....

Well I was thinking they already have the www2 thing goin on, so we would start a 3rd net.

maybe we could have a .bbb ,bud,bowl,bong bbb.Riu, riu.bbb


I really have no technical knowledge of how this would work, just that it can be done. setting up a local adhock network was a option for keeping a storage of websites hosted among local community computers. in case "they" ever do take down the net. the problem is most wireless networks dont carry very far, so you need alot of people to commit to doing it.

If I don't want to use the internet can I still use RIU?
Can I get new posts sent to me in the mail or can they make sure the library has them? And what if I want to mail in new posts? Can I get it in a magizine or newspaper version?
