Why people are so quick to judge & to be little somebody.

I always assume this those kinds of people are not happy with themselves and feel the need to boost their self esteem by putting someone else down...

so confused :eyesmoke:

Don't worry about other people.. that's my advice. You'll just drive yo'self crazy. Worry bout yourself and getting yourself free of your concern for what other people think in the first place.

"Dance like no one's watchin'."

Then you'll feel great and it won't matter what other people do or how they act. It don't matta.

I guess It's so awful to me because I'm never mean to ANYONE. That is unless their as asshole to me first.

I shouldn't ponder this I guess. Life is too short! I'm happy I live the life I do :)

Hey, don't take this the wrong way, but in my experience "unless they're an asshole to me first" doesn't help... gotta just walk away and feel good about that instead.

People always feel justified somehow in their actions of aggression and hurting others. Your justification (they were an asshole first) still leaves you holding the hot potato. You're better off just dropping it in the first place... but much like others who propogate negativity, you're a human being as well and therefore feel an inclination to strike back... but it will be a lot better (for you) if you let it go when that happens.

Because whether you feel justified or not, you're left feeling whatever you give... you've heard the phrase "you get what you give"... that is more literal than just karma coming back around through physical events or whatever... what it means is that you are going to feel the residual effects of whatever energy passes through you last. If you hate on somebody, you're left feeling hate, regardless of whether or not you felt it was justified.

That's what I'm learnin' anyway... take it or leave it. :0)

It's hard for me to walk away. I don't know why, because I have REALLY tried to in all situations. It eats at me!

You're a human. That's normal. I'm pretty sure it's that simple. It's hard for everyone. But you can do anything you want. That's the power of being a self-created being.

People do not always mean to be unfriendly.

Sometimes thy are just frustrated or impatient.

What annoys some people in particular is when newer members ask a question without looking for the answer themselves first, or seeing if someone else has asked the same.

It is then understandable to become annoyed, but it is not fair to reply with snippy comments and not being constructive. Those people are being mean to make themselves feel superior and are being no more productive than the person who 'said something stupid' in the first place.

I do stupid things all the time, but I don't mind if people get annoyed with me if they try to help.

I've got it.

I've made hundreds of posts like your asking why some of the people here look for any excuse to take the piss.

It is because... You are a WOMAN!

Do I win a prize? :3

Yay <3

I'm afraid so. I could bring you up a whole lod of quote of me begging and pleading for everyone to just be nice to eachother and some of the resulting trolling, but that is just the way it is. Over time, sometimes people grow up.

Psst... there are many members here that were spiteful trolls to me when I first joined. I went away for a few months, came back being nice to everyone rather than holding grudges and the EXACT SAME PEOPLE were either hitting on me, agreeing with my advice or sending me the rep/friend requests. This was BEFORE Lace and Frills or people knowing what I looked like, too. I even had someone who forgot they cussed me out Private Messaging me asking me to tell staff to give them a break, calling me 'bro' and stuff.

Men are weird and stupid. X3

Don't lose the nice the person you are. It is better to be nice to everyone and have it thrown in your face than to be mean to someone one day and later wish you had been kinder; bitterness can ruin people, both on the giving and receiving end.

Because it's the internet and people can be complete assholes without any repercussions to their life directly. And now I'm going to make myself look like one of these assholes by saying when really high, trolling is really really fun even though it's really really annoying to whoever is getting trolled :D. I'll be extra nice to you though because I like your avatar ;-)
