4x8 tent

how much 3gallon bags can i fit ina a 4x8 tent there about two feet when i flip 12/12 or should i go with a bigger tent 8x8 i have a 9x12 room which ive done 2 grows in so far with 5x400hps and 1x1000hps air cooled hoods but now i wanted to throw a tent in the room and do an air tight room so i can throw a co2 set up what are my best aptions im not yielding what im pushing for with 3000watts and i think co2 would push it to the limit what can i do or the best set up i can go with ina 9x12 room with 2 windows i got all air cooled hoods its a soil grow hopefully for next grow ill try a dwc i got a flood and drain in the vegg room im learing on for now and im useing advance nutes and strain of my choice is new york power diesle so what im asking is for the best method to go with tent or should i just put film all over the room and like i said i want to add a co2 setup regulator monitor the whole shabang there topped and super cropped thats about it any help would be greatly appreciated thnx riu

An 8x8 in a 9x12 room will be a beast of a fit. Into a 4x8 you can comfortably fit either 32 (4x8 ) or 50 (5x10) 3-gallon bags. 2x1000 watts in that tent, with CO2, should yield you multiple pounds imo. cn

i think ima go with the 5x10 i didnt think they made those but i seen it on ebay thnx m8 for the reply really appreaciated its gon be my first time useing co2 how much times dureing the light hours does it turn on and for how long? what week in flowering should i introduce co2 and wen should i stop it oh and should i snuggle the 5x400watters with the 1000watter or just go with 2x1000w wouldnt 3000watts be better thnx +rep m8

Your grow room is 9'x12'. Why not get two tents. set one solely up for veg and the other up for flowering? Run your Co2 lines in-between the two tents and spray both sets of plants with one burst of air. You would keep two light cycles, and have 2 seeled rooms, idk I am going to be running 2 4x8 tents facing each-other here in my garage shortly.

unless your a huge man, I think a 1ft gap is enough for u to fit between two tents, but with ducting who knows, since basements are typically colder, a passive intake would work, along with if u want one just put a carbon filter outside the tents in the room, vent the tents into the room, then vent that air out to your attic.

You want much more than a foot between tents. I ran a 4x8 with 50 plants (huge mistake, way to many plants) along with a 4x4 for veg in a room that measured 13x6 and it was hell. Heat control becomes more of an issue, moving plants around is a pain, adding equipment like a dehumidifier into the room means you will be stepping over something or tripping all the time... Give yourself quite a bit of extra room imo.

i got two rooms the vegg room is allset im just wrking on this room for the 12/12 and another room which is 12x15 but the 12x9 is my focus right now i think ima go with the 5x10 for this room all aircooled with the co2 set up soil it would be nice to have two 4x8s but it would be a pain in the ass to get around them and i think ima just throw in 35-40 plants with the 5x400hps and 1x1000hps air cooled what u think thnx for the reply m8 heres a pic of the vegg room and last harvest

Thats awesome you have a seperate Veg room already and everything looks nice man!!!!I know the two 4x8's would be really tight, you could keep looking around, I know Growlabs makes all sorts of weird demension tents just for people like us who have weird shaped rooms.

I'm leaning towards getting this 4'9"x4'9"x6'7" which should accommodate my set of T5's for veg(down the road experiment with some blue LED panels), and 2x600hps in my flower. What do you think?

So in the pic, my 8 bulb 4ft T5's,2 teens in the back, and the 4 smaller clones in the front.
Yeah, I will try to attach one, I just replanted 4 of my clones that were in rockwool. They were drooping so I figured they were a lil root-bound. I peeled off the paper and sure enough they had lil roots everywhere. I just put them in 5 gal smart pots they better love there new home! lol.

I have them in Fox Farms Ocean Forest and Light-Warrior mixed half and half for soil. This first watering I ran straight water, I want to flush out any crap they might have been getting prior to me. I will be using the FoxFarms lineup though, Tiger,big, and grow big. I believe is what the three of them are lol. The two 600's are amazing, I ran them for a couple days too see about the temp in the tent, I ended up adding a nice inline fan to them for cooling, but otherwise the temps in the tent for the most part are on the underside lol. It all depends on your coverage area and your tent size. Along with how many plants you plan to cover. I would love to have run two 1k's but my woman would have killed me in electric costs.....And yes this is my first run.

Currently I have motivation, white og, blue dream, herijuana, romulan and I'm getting a super lemon haze, pre 98 bubba, and I'm looking around for a couple more indicas. I am going to veg for maybe a month and a half I'm not sure just going to kinda play it by ear.

secret jardin makes all sorts of wierd size tents. I run a 3x5 mom with 6bulb t5, 4x8 grow with 16bulb t5 and an 8x8 bud with 4 600w in mellonhead shades and a 700w horizontal led all in one room. each tent has 8 plants on hydro. the bud room has been supercropped for max cola yield in a tight space and has a co2 unit running at 2000ppm
