Neighbors are the reason I cannot plant in-grounds during the Summer, come flowering I cannot leave them out at night. Fortunately, in 4 years my mortgage is paid...then I move.

I think it looks great....it's not like it's everyday.
I'm in the sticks out here...but on my way into town, eveyones place is lit up. Even the barns and horse fences have lights. I think one guys farm can probable be seen from space...lol.

imo it's stupid to get your house all decked out for a religious holidya that probably means nothing more to you than getting and giving presents. i am no longer celebrating. i am no longer going to participate in comercialized religious holidays that i don't believe in. i feel kind of sick that my parents led me to believe in this crap. what a crock of shit.

My beef is light pollution ... I like being in the back yard with big binos checking out the deep sky. street lights and security lights. I don't mind moderate christmas light displays, but this apparent competition to emulate Vegas? Vegas. cn
