Og kush best way to grow

got two og clones fim one it turned ugly and lanky was wondering if any one with experience can tell me the best way to grow og kush out to get max yield

so, i had the same problem with og kush.
what i did was get the clone about 12 inches tall then supercropped her a few nodes up laying the lead growth on the pot.
i dont know how much she will yield but i like the way she looks, and i still got another 4 weeks or so left.

i like to fim the shit out of my plants and then lollipopping them but it just not working for the og all that did was make it real lanky and viny never try lst swere i got your sfv og i went threw 300 seeds to find my keeper mom and i all so have you chem valley kush i kept a nice male for a lil breeding project i have going on with a certain purple strain i hope to add faster veg time and potency for your cvk male so should i not fim her cause the end result is the plant ends up lanky and with just a slight bend the branches snap off

I have DNA''s OG. I've tried alot of different methods on getting this one just right. Its really stretchy, I call it spegetti with rocks. After alot of experimenting I decided that it is not the greatest yeilder as far as a single plant. What works best for me is to take 40-50 clones in 2 gallon bags and top them at about 8-10 inches and throw them right into flower. It creates a huge mess, well over 120 sticks just to hold it all up. It has a very open canopy letting light all the way to the bottom so you can really pack them in. I usually get in the neighborhood of 25-30 oz. this way under a 1000. I don't recomend this technique with any other strains I've seen but OG is some kind of freak. Oh yeah watch out for all those sticks if you get one in the eye just right it is like getting kicked in the nuts (really).

I keep a cfl real close in veg, top a couple times, then flower vertically.

Do you top only the main Cola or do you top all of them.

Here's what I'm currently doing with my OG 18 clone. Let her get a good growth spurt and topped early. let her recover and lst some branches, let her recover and top all the tallest branches "take clones with these if you want." This will even out the canopy, continue to manipulate the branches however wide you want her pull them down and keep topping each of the tallest branches.
Then put her in the flower cab right under a scrogg screen and give her a day or 2 and flip the switch! BaM you have a monster lol.

i go to town the more tops on og the better the yeild.. clean your lowers and watch everything turn into dense nugies.. you will never get a huge 2 liter kola with og but you can def get liter sized nugs for sure once dialed in... (also depending on growth style)... og is really easy to grow just be patient with her elt her go a tad longer and you will get that descent yeild

Listen to the man. It's exactly what I do with my 18's

Also, the 18's love to bring up almost all of their lower stems so each stem becomes a cola. GL
