okay, so i keep seeing all these lables below people namems, such as "Mr.Ganja" or "Learning To Roll". and i see different levels of green bars too. im assuming that you have to do something in order to get these up, but i dont know what to do! any help?

i may have an issue with the last one. i have like 12 friends and i dont just hand out rep for anything. so my point is i may not give rep to a ton of people. now im limited to who i can give rep to since i havent givin rep to 30 random peeps or what?

ya, I know. I think the reason the limit is there is because some users would take advantage of the system and keep repping each other back and forth, which is known as "rep-whoring", so they can have the biggest e-cock. but I understand you totally cause I run into the same situation and can't rep a guy. so when that happens, I give reps away that I normally wouldn't. but I usually give em to people who I see helping the forum, cool cats.....but anyways, ya, I feel ya.
