If you were my landlord what would u think?

My landlord is supposed to be coming sometime in january to do an inspection of the apartment. Well actually its property management. He says its part of the licensing. Anyway do you think he would know what it is right away?? I mean technically he isnt allowed to touch it right?? unless it like reeks of pot or something. What do u think about this situation?? Any ideas of how i can make something of this size look stealth or at least somewhat blend in.

He will most likely work out what it is. Given that it's happening after christmas, just stack all your boxes and presents and crap on the bed partially covering it.

I think left as is though, he'll work it out, he certainly can't touch it, but it is perfectly within his rights not to renew your tenancy contract.

I would also let him know you work long odd hours, and that you really need to schedule this rather than just have him show up......

Ha thats funny. he gave us notice a couple days ago because he was supposed to come on thursday and never did, but before i took everything down and moved it all i tryed to convince my gf to let me do that. She didnt like that idea much. I thought it was a great idea on the other hand. Especially being christmas time.

did that once brought them back last nite. the lanlord came and knocked on the door while i was sleeping so he never came in. So now he wants to come back in january. Im 4 weeks today sooo, they are getting close

I dont know, as long as no sound is coming it doesn't look THAT suspicious. Now that I'm growing, i sometimes think everyone around me is too, so I look for stuff. But people have weird looking dressers..

All good advice though, i would still take more precaution like putting stuff on top or around. maybe a curtain on the back too to make it look like a cloth? good luck dude

Property managments see that shit all the time so he will know right away. And then the cops are called. Take it to a friends house for a week. It's not hard or worth getting busted. Getting out of your lease would be last thing you will be worried about.

Just make sure the lights are off, put a blanket over it, spray some Febreeze. If he asks about it, just tell him thats where you and the girlfriend store your sex swing. I imagine he'll probably change the subject pretty quick.
