Single plant grow turns Hermie....

ok cool.... so just a daily examination and snip-snip??? I'm 4 weeks into flowering and the tops are getting nice.... found these bastards near the bottom of the plant.... It's for personal use so not worried so much about seeds as long as it isn't going to be garbage ya know?
i don't think garbage is a risk from seeds
genetics can be garbage, but that's the risk of the game
you may not have a horrible hermie, sounds kind of light on the roosters
but i had another hermie grow where i let it seed, very good bud quality, just reduced harvest quantity from the seed

What was the breeder and name of the seed ?
the original stock was brainwreck from highgrade-seeds, had great luck with his nl#5, brainwreck was a bit different
the original plant was pretty good, even with the seeds, weed that made me feel pretty good
i've grown out 2 seeds from that hermie, first seed gave me a very nice female
the 2nd hermied, and its effects weren't so nice, but genetics are a crap shoot, you never know what you'll get until you light her up
this seems to be a price for some strong and good strains, the edge of stability
from what you've described, you may still have a very good grow going, not all hermie blooms are fertile, sometimes the roosters will die off

well.... I'm not considering it a loss just yet.... but ty nonetheless.... kinda sucks but like I said.... personal grow so I'm not too concerned~ I know I'm going to get a LOT of whatever it is I manage to harvest....lol!!! the damn branches are bending over the tops are so big

One thing I learned that if your plant becomes hermie all the seeds will be female. I'm talking from experience. I ended up creating my own strain by using fox farm to stress the plants and now I grow my own strain perfectly with no hermie tendencies. so if you get seed pods on a strain you really like, let it happen. after you get seeds once, don't let it happen again. also, female seeds brand is very sensitive to nutes for some reason. so with them you will want to do half strength all the way through.

Ok posting some pics for ya Bkbbuds.... just went over the whole plant and didnt see anything suspicious today... but definitely not letting my guard down~ I'm hoping there is such a thing as a plant only producing a couple of male flowers... and come to think of it I've heard stories of people finding a few seeds in their bud and had no idea how it got got there.... this might explain something like that... hope so anyway....lol
Anyway.... took a few tight shots on the larger buds and I'll post one of the whole plant thats a few weeks old.

Honestly, if you're only growing one, I wouldn't worry about it.
Just pinch off any male flowers you see.
If you get a few seeds, so what? That won't seriously diminish the potency of the product, and seeds produced in this way should be all female (though also tend to be hermaphroditic).
