i don't hate christmas but i hate the fuss that's kicked up over it. i've had a stressful few days and am lacking sleep and this morning i wanted an egg mcmuffin and some greasy potato more than anything. instead i got the finger.
what really frosts my ass is when a holiday falls on a sunday and then gets "observed" on monday. so not only do i get inconvenienced on the actual holiday, they found an excuse to spill it over into the week. trash collection a day later, banks closed, all government business closed. it's a pain in my ass.

i get that a lot of people need the day off but is america not culturally diverse enough to where there are any employees that don't observe/care about christmas who are more than willing to work it? we eat chinese on christmas. always have, always will. good ol' chinese people. there when you need 'em.
